The journey is about to begin!

Upon your arrival in Liguria, we’ll give you a warm welcome and get ready to kick off an unforgettable experience together.

After checking in at the hotel, with our assistance, we’ll get everything set up for your bike fit before heading out for our first afternoon warm-up ride.

We’ll ride towards Pietra Ligure, where the first challenge of the day awaits: the climb to Tovo San Giacomo.

A thrilling descent towards the sea at Borgio Verezzi will then lead us to the Le Manie plateau, which we’ll tackle from different sides.

• 5:30 PM: Return to the hotel

A sports breakfast will give us all the energy we need to enjoy the day ahead and have plenty of fun along the way.

We’ll explore Val Lerrone, climbing up from Albenga and crossing over into Val Neva, before reaching the picturesque village of Zuccarello, with its charming maze of narrow caruggi — the traditional Ligurian alleyways.

The gentle rolling roads through Toirano and Boissano will then lead us back to our hotel.

Sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea, and deep coves will set the scene for the first kilometres of today’s ride.

In Spotorno, we’ll turn inland and tackle the rolling roads through Orco Feglino and Salice, two ancient villages surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation covering the hills behind Noli.

Olive groves, rows of vineyards, and fragrant wild broom will provide the perfect backdrop as we ride towards the final challenge of the day: the Giustenice loop.

Today’s climbs will take us over Colla Micheri, Stellanello, and Testico, riding on the very roads that have shaped the history of one of Liguria’s iconic semi-classics: the Trofeo Laigueglia.

The effort required to tackle the steep ramps up to Madonna della Guardia will be rewarded with spectacular views over the Bay of Alassio.

We’ll return to the hotel in the early afternoon and, after riding around 400 km together, it will be time to say goodbye — until next year! We hope you’ll head home having experienced and shared all the passion for cycling that inspires us every day.
